Working with JMC and Mr. Chidananda Kamath

Mr. Kamath, has been our foremost CLC champion, he has managed to understand deeply the need for humane, and dignified living and working conditions for the construction workers employed on his site. The understanding is so deep, that even the words  "construction worker colony" "construction labour camps" etc., have been replaced by "Vishwakarma Awas". Vishwakarma translating to the "all maker" and awas translating to residence. 

Mr. Kamath has ensured, that the living conditions for workers here is as comfortable as it is back in their hometowns. He has gone a step ahead by believing that the workers are a part of the team, as integral as any other, and has even performed Yakshagana - His hobby, for the workers on many occasions, now how often does one see the senior vice president performing for the workers! This is why, he earns the title of "First and Foremost CLC Champion!"

The Vishwakarma Awas, flaunted green lushly landscaped areas, well ventilated rooms, well lit rooms, the family rooms were comfortable and secure, a beautiful community has been created here in the Vishwakarma Awas.
