I-Care for Worker Welfare, Training the Trainer Series

I Care -

I will Compassionately Act to Reach out and Execute the awareness programs for Worker Welfare

The I Care for worker welfare program, is designed to convey the importance of providing humane and dignified working and living conditions for the construction workers on site. The program is conducted on Zoom, in partnership with ECHO, over 12 Sessions are held with the trainees. We make use of ECHO's data platform I-Spark, to provide all the material like the PPT, Videos etc., to the trainees. Our trainee teams are mainly Environmental health and and safety teams as well as project managing teams of various construction companies.

We have now partnered with Savills India, Kundur constructions and JLL India to conduct the I-Care sessions for their employees.
