Mr Ramesh Sundaresan has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from REC Trichy and a MBA from IIM Lucknow. He joined Olam in 1995 as part of the Coffee division and went on to set up the Commodity Financial Services, Invenio, under the Olam group. He rapidly expanded the company into Singapore, Dubai, Brazil and Geneva. After retiring from

After retiring from his position as CEO, he is now involved with the trading side of Olam Learning Academy, and teaches at IIM Bangalore and Singapore Management University. He is also a partner at Quantient, an algorithmic equity trading firm. He is an Investor/ Advisor/ Board member at several companies such as Chaitanya Micro Finance and Geist Craft Beer. Today, he volunteers with NIVASA and YogaKshema.

An Architect with 20 years experience, graduated from the prestigious CEPT (Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology) University, Ahmedabad. Apart from running her own practice, she teaches at Anna University, and heads NIVASA Chennai.

Bindu is a recently graduated architect who, during the time she has spent in architecture school, has found her passion and curiosity towards the profession to have grown. She is particularly interested in projects of a small scale- particularly residential and commercial, and also has an ardent interest in architectural writing.

Rosa graduated from BMS School of Architecture, Bangalore in 2021 and has since then worked closely with natural materials as a Site Architect at Desha - a forum by Sathya consultants where she conducted multiple workshops and volunteer programmes. She is also freelance artist who does illustration and animation projects as an extension of her love for art.

During her internship, she got to work with the rural sector for the first time in the ‘Rehabilitation housing for the marginalised community of single women led households’ whose dwellings got severely affected by the Kerala floods of 2018. Once she finished college, she read ‘Design Like You Give a Damn’ edited by the ‘Architecture for Humanity’, which she believes is 'The book of her fate' that led her on a journey and inspired her to join Nivasa.
